That is all you need. Good ol’ soap and water. Stop wasting your money on antibacterial soaps. There is concern that antibacterial soaps are starting to do more harm than good, by helping to create super bugs. It’s similar to what has happened with antibiotic over-use and misuse. The secret to getting germs off you hands is time. Washing your hands for 20 to 30 seconds is what you need to do to get those hands clean. Most people barely run their hands under the water.
