Eat less meat. I’m not telling anyone they have to be a vegetarian, but consuming less meat is a way to help the environment. Producing meat takes a lot of resources and just reducing the amount you eat can make a difference to not only the ecosystem but maybe your health as well. Dairy, eggs, nuts and soy are great sources of protein and have other benefits as well. Instead of diced meat on a salad try some egg, cheese, nuts and maybe some black beans or garbanzos. It will fill you up and give you protein and fiber.
