Finally someone has come up with a solution to the milk bottle dilemma. An inventor in the UK has created a milk container that is made mostly of recycled paper. When it’s empty it can then be recycled or left to biodegrade. As you know the current milk cartons have a coating that makes them unrecyclable. This process takes way less energy to produce than plastic bottles. The product is call Greenbottle. Right now it’s just being tested in the UK, but hopefully it will be available to the rest of the world in the near future.
